This illustration was made for an article written by Angela Amador from Paleta Magazine Colombia. It was about the recent protests and the role of the local artists in it. As a color palette I clearly used a trichrome with lightness and saturation derivations. The statue symbolizes the justice that has been eroded in Colombia for decades by corruption, the armed conflict, forced disappearances, police abuse, and many other things that most of us are fed up with and for which we protest in against our way.
